Playing with Bryce 7 pro and Stata cliff from Aron Kamolz, here is a tropical beach rendered in about 2 hours.

The beach itself is a sketchfab model.

I've modeled the boat with wings3d.

Plants are coming from Xfrog Oceania bundles.
